Good Morning Family,
It's a wonderful day here in Haiti; the sun is out and it's breezy. I love this weather and also love the fact that it is extremely rare that the sun doesn't show itself on any day here in Haiti! Maybe this is why everyone always seems so happy and full of joy here!
The count down has begun for Saintilaire and I's big day! We are both very excited and keeping extremely busy trying to get everything in order for it. We went and saw the reception hall as well as inside the church yesterday. They are both going to work out great! We are so thankful for the continued provisions that God is providing in every area as it relates to our wedding and preparations.
The kids are great and ask every day how many more days until Saintilaire and I will get married and live here together onsite with them. It's going to be so nice having a constant male figure for these children as they are really need of that. He's already created a relationship with them and they scream excitedly every time he arrives here.
Otherwise, I am told that Cholera has plateaued here in Haiti; but now Malaria is on the rise. We pray God's protection and healing upon this land and more specifically upon our compound and our dear children. Thanks for following my journey and our life here at HCH! Sending our love your way!
